In early January 2026, we successfully transitioned five pension funds to the new pension system. A historic achievement affecting 6.0 million participants. Alongside the intensive preparations for this transition, in 2025 we reorganised our investment organisation and continued to work steadily towards providing sound and understandable pensions for the participants of our clients.

Annual Report Of PGGM Vermogensbeheer B.V.
2025 was defined by two major achievements for PGGM Vermogensbeheer B.V. (PGGM Investment Management). The biggest achievement was the preparation for the implementation of the new pension contract. We also took a decisive step from preparation to execution of our joint 3D investment strategy with Stichting Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn (PFZW). We delivered these significant transitions without compro-mising our operational excellence. These objectives were deeply interconnected and required a fundamental reshaping of the way we invest, work, and use data and technology.
