Chief Executive Officer Pension Management
After completing my degree in Economics, I began my career as a management trainee at F. van Lanschot Bankiers, where I progressed to the role of Manager Product Management. I then joined KPMG as a consultant, supporting various banks and insurance companies through strategic transformations involving not only changes in business direction but also processes, systems, organisational structures, and culture.
Following this, I held several executive positions at SNS Bank and Zwitserleven, all focused on leading large-scale change programmes. In 2017, I became Chair of Zilveren Kruis, the largest health insurer in the Netherlands, serving more than five million customers. In that role, I discovered that creating positive societal impact is a key driver of my professional fulfilment.
That is why I am particularly pleased with my role as CEO of Pension Services at PGGM. PGGM is a highly respected and professional organisation with a leading position in pension advisory and administration services for industry-wide pension funds. Effective pension communication is an essential part of this, ensuring that participants understand their entitlements and can see how life events may affect their pension.
In addition to my role at PGGM, I serve as a supervisory board member of Parnassia Group and DELA. I am also actively involved with Kansfonds and the Dutch Street Doctors Group.
