PGGM Executive Board mediakit
The Executive Board consists of two members: the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial & Risk Officer. The Executive Board holds ultimate responsibility for PGGM as a whole. It also oversees the operations carried out by the various business units within PGGM (Investment Management, Pension Services, and Vitality, Care & Welfare).
The Executive Board develops and safeguards the PGGM strategy, defines the frameworks within which the business units operate, and ensures cohesion and synergy across the organization. The Executive Board is accountable for its actions to both the shareholder and the Supervisory Board.
The business units make independent decisions and manage their own operations.
